Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are priced as follows:

For the United States and possessions the individual rate is $45 per year and the agency rate is $41.50 per year.
Canada & Mexico: Individual rate ($48); Agency rate ($43.20).
All other countries: Individual rate ($51); Agency rate ($45.90).

All subscriptions are for the volume year and will be renewed automatically unless the subscriber provides timely notice of cancellation. Changes of address or notices of cancellation should be sent to:
