For the 2021 calendar year, the journal will be released in eight installments starting in January. The new journal (v88) will be priced as follows:
United States & possessions: institutional rate ($120); individual rate ($65).
Canada & Mexico: institutional rate ($125); individual rate ($70).
All other countries: institutional rate ($130); individual rate ($75).
We also offer a 30% discount for individual alumni subscribers.
If you would like to subscribe to our journal, we can send you an invoice for the subscription fee. Please click here and fill out the form and the Law Review's Business and Communication Editor will reach out to you to collect the necessary information.
All subscription requests must be placed by December 1, 2020 to receive all eight installments. Subscription requests made later in the year will receive only issues published on or after the subscription date. The cost of these subscriptions will be prorated.
We ask that you pay by check, and that the check be made payable to the University of Chicago Law Review.

After selecting the appropriate journal, you'll be able to complete an online order form and enter payment information securely. Pricing depends on the length of your piece but not on when you order it. In other words, there is no deadline by which one has to make an order and no markup for ordering after the the issue has been printed.
